David is a senior manager on F2 Strategy’s OCTO team where he focuses on assessing our clients’ current technology infrastructure and providing recommendations to optimize and enhance each application including integrations and automation while also creating scalable solutions for long term management. Prior to F2, he spent four years at BBH as an operations productivity analyst which included reporting and workflow analysis (journey mapping) where he identified operational efficiencies, pain points and implemented recommendations aimed at mitigating those findings. From there, he converted to the Private Wealth Technology team and eventually became the head of digital private client experience focused on optimizing client and advisor experiences. His specific areas of expertise include creating and enhancing workflow, redesigning CRMs, launching data warehouses, rolling out new client reporting tools and implementing multi factor authentication strategies. David lives in Charlotte.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The evolution of high demand technology including going paperless, enhancing the digital experience (access to data from anywhere in a customized view) and greater demand for smarter and AI concept related CRM tools.

What does the phrase, “Do Good with Tech” mean to you?

It means maximizing the utility of your applications via customization and useful integrations to create an efficient and strategic technological infrastructure (as some describe it, putting together the Ferrari from the box of parts).
