Process Design
To date we have been able to work with team members across branches to define key process to be automated and enhanced by technology. The work and collaboration has enabled us to establish 20 different go forward workflows that reduce administration tasks to focus our time on client interactions and value add services. These are critical artifacts which are the basis for requirements in implementing transformational projects. We have significant process designs impacting our CRM Optimization and Investment Infrastructure (conversion to UMA) projects in flight.
Data As An Asset
As we look into the future we understand the importance of data to not only be more efficient and effective as an organization but more importantly to service and delight our clients. In December 2021, we started working on Data as an Asset in order to unlock client insights, create a single-source-of-truth, and provide vendor optionality.
Salesforce Optimization
The team was successful to address ALL bugs and pain points in the initial focus of Salesforce work in Q3-Q4 2021.
In November 2021, we established the Salesforce Optimization project with the vision to enable the CRM to be the centralized tool providing process visibility & clarity that is intuitive for all role types across the organization, while codifying the unique Avalon Client Experience. We will deploy towards these objectives:
We will utilize an iterative approach to implement these changes to the CRM, maintaining the flexibility to have ongoing user feedback to adjust so that we consistently add value that is aligned with the vision.
Investment Infrastructure – Conversion to UMA
Avalon aspires to seamlessly implement client portfolios. Current processes are manual and require the use of disparate systems and coordination across multiple resources. Converting to UMA gives Avalon a significant opportunity for process optimization, resource efficiency lifts, and expanded investment offerings ultimately benefiting clients.
