What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

Process Consulting/Management involves working with SMEs and other resources to understand the client’s processes and then putting it together in an organized, cohesive and structured way such that we can link from one process to another and visualize the end-to-end processes. The output of this analysis can be used for multiple purposes including training, current/future state analysis, control point identification, adherence to regulations, etc. The work to gather the data and create the documentation is like a big puzzle that we put together without quite knowing what the end picture will look like, while knowing the parameters that it needs to fulfill. This is the challenge that excites me about the work that my team does.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The heightened regulatory environment in the financial Industry has made documentation (process flows, procedures, controls, etc.) even more of a necessity. The documentation has gotten more detailed and requires linkages to controls, policies and regulations as compared to when I started out in the industry.

What are three words that describe how you do your job?

Diligent, dynamic, driven
