Lori brings more than 15 years of strategic HR leadership to her role as director of Human Resources at F2 Strategy. With a passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces, Lori oversees all aspects of human resources management, including employee engagement, HR strategy, and total rewards. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with a master’s degree in Organizational Development. Lori is dedicated to aligning people strategies with business goals to foster growth, innovation, and a positive employee experience across the organization. Lori lives in Kansas with her husband, two labradoodles, and one cat. She enjoys being outside, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

I’m most passionate about contributing to business goals, making a positive impact, resolving issues, and enhancing the employee experience so that employees can focus on providing their clients with the best solutions and customer service possible. I am also passionate about ensuring that the culture at F2 Strategy is inclusive, goal oriented, and makes employees eager to start each day.

I am inspired by each and every employee, and my desire to contribute to the overall success of the company. When you are part of a great team, you don’t want to let them down, so they inspire you to push yourself and focus on desired results.
