What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now? 

Network like it’s your job! Find good people and build relationships with them. Some of them will become mentors and lifelong friends. 

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry? 

The client experience. The industry has gone from paper statements in office quarterly reviews to a complete digital experience. Today’s investors expect real time access to information and a personalized experience. Technology has allowed for that and continues to change the client experience. 

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy? 

I’m most passionate about helping FinTech and advisory firms grow the right way—by building long-term partnerships and advocating for client success. That approach allows me to improve decision-making and create better experiences for firms and the clients they serve. When partners win because clients win, that’s what makes the work truly rewarding.
