Chris Candelaria is a senior manager on F2 Strategy’s OCTO team. His 22 years of wealth management and technology expertise encompasses client experience, digital product management, trading, operations, continuous improvement, and SaaS-based technology delivery. Previously, Chris served as vice president of enterprise client experience (ECX) at Bank of the West where he led its technology delivery for the ECX Platform and worked with senior leaders to improve its Digital CX capabilities. Prior to joining Bank of the West, Chris was senior vice president of advisor experience and continuous improvement for LPL Financial where he led its strategy and roadmap related to the execution of enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, delivering enhanced advisor experiences for more than 17,000 advisors. Chris also held senior-level positions at Loring Ward, First Republic Private Wealth Management and MyVest Advisors. He lives in San Francisco.
