What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The speed and ease of technology integration. What once required multiple steps and departments can now be done in one system giving teams more time to focus on growth, service, and innovation.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

I am passionate about building an onboarding experience that feels seamless, informative, and welcoming for clients, consultants, and full-time employees. I want every person to feel equipped and confident as they begin knowing they are part of something innovative, supportive, and purpose-driven.
