Salesforce Relationship user interface refinement in which we consolidated household and personal account information to reduce ‘clicks’.
One of the biggest pieces of feedback we heard from advisors and CSMs over the past two months has been the desire to see Person Account fields (Email, DOB, SSN, etc.) on the Household record page. We heard you loud and clear, and after soliciting feedback from our Technology Advisor Board (“TAB”), we’re excited to roll out a new component which will display key pieces of data for the Primary and Secondary HH Members on the Household record page. When you log in on Monday and go to any Household record you will see the important information for the Primary HH Member (and Secondary HH Member, if applicable) at the top of the page.
Refined the client view and removed non material fields and re positioned valuable fields
While the new Person Account component is a significant addition to the Household record page, we’re also taking this opportunity to clean up the Household page, remove redundant fields and combine sections to reduce scrolling. Notable cleanup efforts include:
In addition, we’re moving the Orion Links and Orion Dashboard components from the bottom of the Details tab to their own tab on the Household record page. Note that some of you may not see data in this tab yet. As Orion is rolled out to your branch, this will become a live tool for you.
