We made some updates to the Quick Household component that we rolled out last month based on feedback we received from users. Specifically:

In an effort to reduce confusion, we’ve renamed the “Referred By (Open Text) field to “Account Source Detail”. This change impacted the field label only and did not modify any of the data stored within this field.
