Jen is operations program manager at F2 Strategy where she leads program management, works in partnership with service delivery teams to define and implement best practices, oversees internal project management and business analytics tools and supports internal teams and clients by providing innovative delivery and change management strategy. Jen is a solutions-driven and accomplished leader using a myriad of development frameworks for software, infrastructure, and web-based platforms. She has experience in leading and coaching adoption and change practices across multiple cross-functional teams and organizations. Jen works with clients to understand their culture and recommend operational technology practices that fit their needs. She lives in St. Paul.
