Jen Baltes

Jen is operations program manager at F2 Strategy where she leads program management, works in partnership with service delivery teams to define and implement best practices, oversees internal project management and business analytics tools and supports internal teams and clients by providing innovative delivery and change management strategy. Jen is a solutions-driven and accomplished leader using a myriad of development frameworks for software, infrastructure, and web-based platforms. She has experience in leading and coaching adoption and change practices across multiple cross-functional teams and organizations. Jen works with clients to understand their culture and recommend operational technology practices that fit their needs. She lives in St. Paul.

Three words I picked are “Listen”, “Coach” and “Data Driven.”

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?  

I love that we can wear many hats. There are lots of learning opportunities available daily. We learn from each other in a caring and respectful way. We are not a checkbox team; we are invested in doing what is right for our clients and F2.

What does the phrase, “Do Good with Tech” mean to you?

F2 does not recommend a "one-size fits all" approach to technology. We are deeply invested in listening to our clients and ensuring that we find the right solutions. We are partners to deliver high quality user technology that fits the client's needs.
